Hacerlas menos evidentes, independientemente de su naturaleza, es sin embargo posible.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Cada uno de nosotros, a lo largo de nuestra vida, ha recibido al menos una cicatriz.<br \/>\n<strong>Cuando se lesiona la piel,<\/strong> por cualquier motivo, el organismo activa una serie de\u00a0<strong>mecanismos de reparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0para\u00a0<strong>regenerar tejidos.<\/strong><br \/>\nSin embargo, cuando el\u00a0<strong>el perjuicio es importante<\/strong>\u00a0y la piel ha sido profundamente da\u00f1ada (por ejemplo, por una quemadura o un corte)\u00a0<strong>la piel lucha por\u00a0<\/strong>vuelven como antes y se forma una cicatriz.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo se forma una cicatriz<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nLa curaci\u00f3n es un\u00a0<strong>sistema de reparaci\u00f3n, un proceso natural\u00a0<\/strong>que se produce cuando la piel se regenera tras una lesi\u00f3n de cualquier tipo.<br \/>\n<strong>Una lesi\u00f3n de la dermis,<\/strong> la capa de piel que se encuentra bajo la epidermis, pone en marcha una aut\u00e9ntica \u201cobra de construcci\u00f3n\u201d, en la que los constructores son los fibroblastos, c\u00e9lulas del tejido conjuntivo que producen fibras el\u00e1sticas y de col\u00e1geno para recrear el andamiaje que sostiene la piel. Sin embargo, si el da\u00f1o ha sido extenso y el muro que hay que reconstruir es especialmente ancho, los fibroblastos producen un\u00a0<strong>tejido de reparaci\u00f3n menos organizado<\/strong>\u00a0que la original, rica en col\u00e1geno y con menos fibras el\u00e1sticas y vasos sangu\u00edneos,\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s p\u00e1lida que la piel circundante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El proceso de curaci\u00f3n, que es totalmente fisiol\u00f3gico, consta de varias etapas:<\/p>\n<p>- la\u00a0<strong>fase inflamada,<\/strong> en los primeros d\u00edas: el tejido atrae a las c\u00e9lulas del sistema inmunitario y se produce una inflamaci\u00f3n local, de forma que la lesi\u00f3n se enrojece, se hincha y duele<br \/>\n- la\u00a0<strong>fase proliferativa,<\/strong>\u00a0en el que en pocas semanas la inflamaci\u00f3n remite y aumenta la cantidad de tejido fibroso.<br \/>\n- la\u00a0<strong>fase no inflamada<\/strong>\u00a0que se produce durante la fase m\u00e1s larga, de \"maduraci\u00f3n\" de la cicatriz, en la que la inflamaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 ausente y el tejido fibroso sigue aumentando para dar el aspecto final de la cicatriz antigua.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Muchos tipos de cicatrices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las causas de las cicatrices son muchas.
